Any other non-owning individuals/companies attempting to change information (e.g. property management company) will recieve a request for communication from the legal property/building owner. Any legal property/building owner that refuses and/or fails to directly communicate regarding requested changes, then no changes will be justified and the request will be closed. The legal property/building owner can re-open the request for change by providing the requested evidence of ownership. If the evidence supplied by the legal property/building owner is objective, clear, and sufficient using the practice of good faith by Let's Improve LLC, then valid changes will be made.
